Stay On July 2008On arrival, I was politely asked to wait, whilst the male receptionist picked up a telephone call - the receptionist was swearing "off-the-phone" whilst sorting the issue out, but in front of myself - that I don't think is very professional. Tuesday night/Wednesday morning the fire alarm went on briefly about 5 - 6 times during the course of the night, with no explanation or apology from the staff - a letter under my door with an apology or a courteous explanation would be great, as I think we should know whether the alarms had been fixed (4 night stay in total). The breakfast buffet was really tasty, though more more continental style of sliced hams and a greater variety of cheeses would be nice for more European guests. The shower heads were in a fixed position so you had to be standing close to the wall and hot water was intermittent on the 4th floor in the morning. Overall, the rooms and hotel were very clean and breakfast was fine, though more continental buffet variety and a little courtesy would be appreciated. |

30st June 2008Hotel is in a great location, good cafe opposite called In Cahoots, great for breakfast/lunch.Easy access to all parts of Dublin from hotel, everything within walking distance. |

24.06.2008Excellent hotel. Very clean rooms and efficient customer service. Nice and friendly cleaning staff too and not too far from Temple bar, 10 min walk at most. |
