Magic MacabreThis was a brill night and out and would recommened it to everyone though not for the faint hearted. I came out of it confused by what I had seen because it really was amazing and I couldnt believe what I had just seen... and everyone was still alive by the end of it! |

| We went on Friday night. thought it was brilliant. the magic, the music, the set was fab. never seen most of the tricks before and only found out its an Irish show!! was a little disappointed with the seats they are so uncomfortable and do smell of beer! I'm glad to see most of the reviews here are good as I can honestly say it was one of the best shows I have seen. put in on in the Point next time!!!!! | |

Magick MacabreI went to see the show on Monday last and thought it was the best nights entertainment I have had in a long time. The set was great, the illusions were brilliantly executed (geddit!!), the music very appropriate in a cheesy but good way and I suppose I like all that sort of black humour. Damon Cordell is the Irish David Copperfield. Very impressed I just can't praise it enough. Go and see it!!! |

Magick MccabreI BOUGHT TIKETS FOR MYSELF AND MY FIANCEE TO SEE THE SHOW FOR HIS BIRTHDAY, I WASNT SURE WHAT TO EXPECT BUT WAS LOOKING FOWARD TO IT AND WAS SURE MY FIANCEE WOULD LOVE IT AS HE IS A MAGICIAN. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT IT WAS THE SET, THE MUSIC WAS TOO LOUD AND ANNOYING AND THE ILLUSIONS WERE OVERATED WE COULD BOTH TELL WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN BEFORE IT DID AND MY FIANCEE KNEW HOW EVERYTHING WAS DONE IMMEDIATELY. YES IT WAS GOREY AND DIFFERENT BUT A REAL DISSAPOINTMENT ALSO, I WOULDNT GO BACK TO ANYTHING ELSE OF DAMEON CORDELLS ......BOOOOOOO |

Magick Macabrehmmmmmmmmm, very very disapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry, the magician is a handsome devil, the soundtrack was cool but all in all some typical carnival sideshow magic, if they had adjusted the lighting i wouldnt have seen the crawl spaces and catgut wires, i love horror and blood and guts but there wasnt too much of it, the evil clown juggling knives was the best part.hated the oompa loompa- sorry but the novelty wore off after his first appearance! we left in a thoroughly bad mood, feeling ticked off, cheated and just plain disapointed- sorry! the olympia is an awful kip, the bar is awful, the seats are designed for anorexics and it smells, a rubbish night and a waste of money. |

Halloween Magick Macabrewell read the reviews here before seeing the show on Halloween night and didn't know what to suspect. Really enjoyed it, yeah guessed how some of tricks were done, but some of them i thought were excellent. Smaller tricks between larger illusions sometimes more impressive. Great nights entertainment although can see why either loved or hated. The lead guy was really excellent, facial expressions great throughout. overall i would recommend. |
