28/06/2008We stopped at this hotel on the Monday and had booked to return on the Wednesday, Mondays stay was excellent so We were looking forward to Wednesday. On arrival we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and they had arrange for us to stop at their sister hotel. they handled the transfer, upgraded the hotel,matched the room rate, and included free breakfast. I have to compliment them on their excellenht customer service. |

6th Feb. 2008Very friendly, great food best scrambled eggs in a hotel ever. Good Bar very big. Handy for Dart station. |
