Had A Overnight-stay On September 2007The Hotel staff were very helpful and the courtesy coach was made available to us. Where the hotel fell down was the maid knocked 3 times to get into our room to freshen it when we had a Do Not Disturb sign up. Then we did not get milk for the tea maker or enough shampoo etc for 2. We had breakfast using room service and we got something similar to what we ordered but had to phone room service to finally get toast. The room was ok but had 2 single beds pulled together rather than a double bed. It was not particularly sound-proof either which is one of my pet hates. |
