The Stag's Head Pub began its life as one of the city's favorite watering holes in the 1870s. It was the first pub to have electricity in the city, and was a regular haunt of James Joyce. Cafe en Seine was designed with a decadent art deco theme,  the bar's interior design features a Louis XIVth bust, a French Hotel lift, and a beautiful glass atrium with 40ft trees. Cafe en Seine has three floors each with a bar and the first floor features a grand piano. The walls are decorated with murals and large mirrors and brass chandeliers hang from the ceiling.
