The Festival Of Light

The Festival of Light takes place on the 30th November 2008. Its the official launch of the Christmas season in Dublin city when the lights of O'Connel street are switched on by The Lord Mayor. A parade works its way from Wolfe Tone Park, down Henry Street and onto O’Connell Street. Featured in the parade there will be ever-popular carol singing of the Discovery Choir and the Saint Andrews Choir.
